− Arrival instructions were confusing and only sent last minute despite being lengthy and complicated. Room was nothing like the pictures online. You have to climb a flight of stairs before being able to access a lift - not ideal with luggage. Check in was unnecessarily stressful and communication with AI through Whatsapp was ineffective and made resolving issues difficult. Do not recommend, and will not be returning. Thankful it was only one night.
