4.0No soap or shampoo, no hot water - had to tweak the boiler, with internet didn’t work, 4 flights of narrow stairs walk up, loud street noise, stains on bed sheets. Good location

10.0My family had an excellent stay here! Home.ly was great about communication and helped us resolved a lock issue day of. The apartment had all the essentials for cooking. I can see what other reviews are saying about the noise - it wasn’t very quiet but I feel like that expected for central London. Overall, the location is unbeatable and we loved pretty much everything about the apartment. Looking forward to coming back!
