Great location, clean, well equipped, flat with small courtyard.
7.0Location is great and it’s well equipped other then TV and none existent wifi.
− The description is misleading as you do not have access to the garden. The WiFi had a strong signal but clearly the connection to the internet is very poor, and in reality none existent. TV signal poor so very few channels and they break up. No smart connectivity.

− Unfortunately the flat above had loud music playing until 3am on the Friday, which I appreciate isn't the fault of the place. Just for people to be aware of the security deposit, which is approx the same cost of the stay and needs to be paid upfront
Beautiful, comfortable and lovely flat with fantastic connections to anywhere!
10.0A really, really lovely flat with everything you need. A real home from home. And a sweet outside space which is rare in London. I just loved it and will book it again in a flash! And the location is perfect. A quiet street in New Cross Gate. But a 5 minute walk from New Cross Gate Station. From which you can get the mainline into London Bridge or the Windrush line to connect to almost anywhere in London.

− Furniture getting old, sleeping couch poor. The beds was ok. TV wasn't a smart TV.
Lovely cosy flat on a quiet road with easy access into central London.
9.0Way bigger than it looks on the pictures and lovely furniture, bed was comfy, heating was easy to use, super close to New Cross Gate station (less than a five minute walk), located on a nice quiet road
− WiFi wasn’t the best signal and needs a few more blankets for winter! One of the plates in the kitchen had a big chip in too so might need replacing.
