8.0Very clean, modern and ideal for city break accommodation. No staff on site check in and out done over WhatsApp which makes it difficult if you have questions, and generally how to get in and out of the building. The door handle on our door was missing so we struggled shutting the door everytime we left without having to slam it shut.

4.0A localização é excelente. Em sete dias, as toalhas foram trocadas somente uma vez, porque solicitei duas vezes. O quarto não foi varrido nenhum dia. Muita poeira branca. Apenas as camas foram feitas. O banheiro não foi lavado nenhum dia. Barulho do quarto ao lado durante a noite toda. O atendente só respondeu as mensagens no primeiro e no último dia. Chegamos a pia do banheiro estava entupida, a porta com defeito, dois travesseiros com fronha e outros dois sem fronha. Preço caro e a entrega não corresponde.

8.0Perfect location, nice staff who responded quickly. Everything went super smooth from the check in to the check out. The door to our bathroom was not able to close and when we checked in there was a stain on the cover (looked like a stain from tomato sauce that didn’t go away in the wash), the drain was also clogged. We didn’t say anything because we don’t care too much but it’s definitely worth fixing!

2.0Checking time 2 pm. We were there around noon. No hotel. No main entrance. It was a bulding with multiple business office. It had jus a little sign written as hotel, phone number and website. I callwd them twice. Only messages. The website was off. I had to book another hotel because I was exausted due to a ling trip and hot weather. Can you imagine?? I WANT MY MONEY BACK. SCAMMERS.
