4.0super tiny and outside stairs are hard to get to the room especially if it’s raining. when we get there at 3pm room wasn’t ready. 😤

4.0The internet was not working, stairs so narrow to 4th floor. No elevator. Space too tight. Not very comfortable. Noisy, Towels looked old and dirty.

Good location. But Small Room and No Elevator
6.0Good location near Shibuya station. However, the room was terribly small. There was no space to open your large luggages especially during winter. In addition, the room was located on the 4th level. There is no elevator and expect to carry all your luggages through a small metal staircases. It was extremely difficult to carry. Overall, it is overprice.
Good to know
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ).
