3.0− No air con so the apartment was incredibly hot and difficult to sleep. Noisy.
Beautiful flat, great location, but has some significant flaws.
7.0Beautiful apartment, very spacious, clean and had all the necessary appliances.
− The mattress was terrible. I had to sleep on the duvet because the springs were poking me. There is no air con and the window in the bedroom was sealed so it couldn't be opened at all, the remaining windows only opened a very small amount. In the current climate, this makes for an uncomfortable stay.

9.0Good location in Chinatown. Spacious , clean and surprisingly quiet for a busy area of London. All the facilities we needed for a two night stay.
− We were on the top floor which was fine for us but anyone who is elderly or physically impaired would struggle. Also the keys were a bit fiddly!
