− Camera nu a avut vedere de la niciun geam, nu au plase de tantari si nu am dormit din cau za tantarilor, aerul conditionat nu raceste, in camera este un miros foarte puternic de umezeala, nu s-a facut curat deloc cat am stat, ni au masina de facut cafea decat in lobby dar este stricata.Comunicarea cu proprietarii este dificila!

− 房间都是霉味，并且很潮湿，空调不制冷，夏天又热又闷。和房东说了空调不制冷，告诉我空调是能用的。能打开和能不能制冷是一回事吗？住了三天，简直是我整个意大利旅游最煎熬的三天，和房东沟通取消一晚还不同意，找了booking客服，客服说一直打不通房东电话。直到第二天退房时间过了打通了说不同意退房？
