10.0I initially booked the deluxe room, which was too big for me so requested a smaller room, which Deniz at the reception kindly arranged. Room was clean and service from the staff was helpful and friendly. Deniz was exceptionally helpful. The spa staff and facility was also lovely and had a very nice massage.

6.0The hotel looks a lot better on pictures. Our apartment room was missing robes; did not have the branded shampoo/conditioners pictured or the nicely staged rooms. Everything was a little bit beat up. The pool was closed; not clean;maybe due to off season. Staff was nice. I would not consider this a 5 star hotel, however.
