10.0easy access, easy to get to, very quiet, despite being on a busy road in London. really relaxed after long days at work, good access to netflix, lovely decor, very comfortable bed and sofa. didn't use kitchen but it seemed fully equipped.
− perhaps a light would be helpful to access the key box at basement level. i used my phone torch and tried to be as fast as i could, as i didn't want to meet any mice/ rats. Just to be clear I didn't see any, but i arrived late at night and have had uneasy encounters at other budget hotels in the past.

− Cobwebs , very less utensils no wok ! Replenishment of kitchen polybags and utensils cleaner less , floor needs changing and soundproof needed as top floors even climbing stairs would be very disturbing , more lightening needed in bathroom and room
We had a lovely stay at this cozy flat, close to the tube and coffee shops.
9.0The apartment was in a nice neighborhood close to the tube, grocery stores, and restaurants. We discovered the regent canal nearby, which became a favourite for walks in the morning!
− The dryer part of the combo washing machine/dryer didn’t dry very well, but they did supply a drying rack.

6.0Cuisine et salon trés agréable. Pas loin du métro et des arrêts de bus. Bonne literie.
− Le Masterlock pour recouperer les clés de trouve dans un endroit sombre et sans lumière. La chambre est trés petite. La salle de bain est très petite aussi. Pas de prise pour le sèche-cheveux, il faut de coiffer à la cuisine. Le manque de communication d'un nouveau code pour pouvoir rentrer au bâtiment nous a cause un moment de stress et l'annulation de nos plans le 2eme soir.
