8.0Very nice hotel. Not happy that safe was not usuable. Tourists need a safe to put away valuables. Not ok to say oh we will fix it in a week. Thats means nothing to tourists that are there couple of days.

10.0Clean and tidy rooms. Small but just what us needed as a base to explore Paris. Extremely helpful staff helped to organise transport to the airport.
