9.0The staff both in the pub & hotel were very friendly & helpful and made us feel very welcome.
− There wasn’t any coffee or milk in the room for a morning coffee, which was a little disappointing.
Clean, comfortable, good air conditioning
9.0The team were helpful in holding our luggage while we were out for the day. The bed was comfortable and the room had good air-conditioning, which was a god send in the heatwave. The pub served great food and the staff were really kind. The room was clean and well set up.
− The road noise was a little loud, but the window to our room was onto the main street in London. If you prefer something quieter, request a room further back

5.0Die Lage, das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer verfügte über eine Klimaanlage
− * Der Zimmerzustand war für den Preis inakzeptabel: beschädigte Wand, sichtbare und unsaubere Reparaturstellen an der Decke * Flecken auf dem Sessel – insgesamt kein gepflegter Eindruck * Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, was die Aufenthaltsqualität deutlich einschränkt * Badezimmer offenbar barrierefrei ausgelegt, jedoch ohne vorherige Information: sehr niedriges Waschbecken (auf Kniehöhe), im Alltag unpraktisch * Insgesamt wirkt die Instandhaltung deutlich unter dem, was man in dieser Preisklasse erwarten darf Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Bei über 400€ pro Nacht ist der Zustand des Zimmers schlicht nicht akzeptabel. In dieser Kategorie erwarte ich einwandfreie Zimmer ohne sichtbare Schäden oder Abnutzung.
