10.0This is a beautiful hotel and it was amazing. Clean & spacious rooms that we enjoyed but by far the best part was Jahmysha ! She was so kind, nice, helpful, knowledgeable, personable and great customer service! She told us good information on places to go and made us feel very welcomed. She should get a raise! Also Ricky has wonderful as well with the Element Miami Brickell. Wanted to highlight them & let you all know that we will be back & will tell all that we know to come stay here!

− I booked two rooms and paid in full for the accommodation in advance, before my arrival. However, upon check-out, the hotel made a new charge on the card of the guest in the second room, my brother, and to date the amount has not yet been refunded.
