10.0We arrived late but check in was easy via the 24hr reception in the hotel next door. The suite was the well equipped and finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Would thoroughly recommend staying here again

6.0Not the best visit, I'm afraid. The property is challenging to access (the hotel I booked under is named something different) and when I arrived at the hotel, the reception desk was closed. I had to check into another hotel's desk, which wasn't very clear. I also think the fact the rooms are only cleaned weekly to be a big downside. The rooms accumulate a lot of dust, so much so that when I checked into the room it was dusty already. After 2 nights, it was very noticeable, but I don't think its fair to expect guests to pay for housekeeping when the building is so dust/dirt prone. I wouldn't recommend staying again.
