6.0The staff seemed unorganized and not very friendly. Checking out took quite some time that I was starting to worry if I was going to make it to the airport in time. The rooms were nice but you can hear the highway. The room key also kept not working.

8.0I was suppose to get 2 bedroom suite while I WAS GIVEN 2 separate bedrooms?? why? And hotel was not ready to make the changes or HELP????

2.0The room was not same as booked. Checking in took around one hour. Bed numbers was not enough as booked. Morning buffet was very limited and cheap.
