9.0We had a very pleasant stay at Whitfield Street Residences by Aeria Apartments. The property is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities, and we felt right at home in the heart of London. Apart from one small issue we encountered during our stay — which the team handled promptly, courteously, and to our full satisfaction — we have nothing but positive things to say. The management's willingness to take ownership of the matter, their professional approach, and the goodwill they demonstrated were truly appreciated and reaffirmed our confidence in the property. We would happily consider staying at Aeria Apartments again on future visits to London, and we would gladly recommend it to others, particularly families travelling together. Our sincere thanks to the team for their hospitality and care.

9.0Everything was excellent and exactly as shown in the Booking listing photos and description. The apartment was newly built and had an excellent heating system. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. A good washing machine, dishwasher, and iron were all available. The stove and ventilation worked perfectly. The location was excellent with very convenient access, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafés around the apartment.
− The apartment does not have a vacuum cleaner, and for stays longer than three days, dust can become a bit bothersome. Only a small handheld broom is available. The kitchenware is somewhat limited for a family, and the quality of the pots and pans is quite basic.
