6.0I would not stay here again. There is no staff physically on-site to assist with issues. Shortly after midnight on a night of my stay, my key stopped working and I couldn’t get into my room. None of the phone numbers provided were answered, and my messages through the chat went unanswered. After about 15 minutes and multiple attempts, the key finally worked again—otherwise, I would have been stuck sleeping in the hallway until staff became available at 8am. Also, they would not provide me with an extra copy of a key, incase this happened again. They ended up replacing my one key. It made my stay uncomfortable.
