− La habitación demasiado chica y que anticipadamente al reservar pedimos dos camas individuales y nos dieron una sola manifestando q no tenían disponibles.

Location is amazing, walk distance Penn Station and many restaurants around. Staff was friendly and so nice. That's my first choice when I'm back to NYC

Convenient and pretty. That’s describes the place; my girlfriend got stuck on NYC due to my inability to read dates. This place jump on rescue let her in at 3 am without complaining, she said room was pretty and clean, only observation on bathroom but common; they’re public what yall expect?. The next day front desk attendant took care of her big backpack Wich allowed her to explore the city for a bit. 10/10 def going back if we have the chance

Wonderful location, very convenient to the subway. The staff was absolutely amazing, so attentive and friendly. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe here and had so much fun. I would recommend bringing a white noise machine if you are a light sleeper because it is very quiet at the property so I could hear some movement if I didn’t have my noise machine running. I was given a room on the fifth floor and that was really convenient because the kitchens are on the fourth and fifth floor so even though it was a trek up the stairs, it was great to have the convenience of the kitchen right next to me. The bathrooms were always really clean, super clean shower. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I will absolutely come back.

− I don’t think I have any real complaints because this is an old building so understandably wood floors are a little squeaky and hollow so it’s easy to hear people move about, and I know they have to be attentive about checking the rooms and cleaning up, but the doors to the rooms kind of slam, and sometimes it was a little bit loud in the morning, almost every morning, when housekeeping would be moving through the building. Maybe there’s a way to remedy that with adding some kind of weatherstripping to the doors to the rooms so they don’t shut so hard. Honestly, this is literally the only thing I could think of and it wasn’t really a big deal because using a White Noise machine pretty much masked the sound effectively.
