Communication was not good. We asked for extra linens and never got a reply. There was supposed to be someone in “an office”- we never saw that person. We clearly were on our own. If you like to stay with bugs, this is the place. We told them we killed about a dozen small roach bugs in the first few minutes of arriving. No response to that either. Take the money and run was the attitude we experienced. Hotels.com did help us some with parking. The place was VERY hard to find. Not clearly marked from the street at all.

The apt was really tidy and clean. Beds super comfy. 2 full ensuite bathrooms upstairs and a washroom on the main level. TVs in every room and a full kitchen. We had trouble figuring out how to access the building, but after that everything was perfect. The Balcony has a clear view of the city and the Airport, if your kids want to watch the planes taking off.

I like that there was more than one bathroom and accessible kitchen utensils. Requested early check-in when booking and tried contacting the property for a week to confirm. No response. Day of check-in had to call again and basically beg for the early check-in as they said it was short notice (it wasn't) then pay extra for early check-in however the property could have been cleaner. We had an early flight and the building elevator was not accessible when we had to leave so we had to lug all our bags (8) down 4 flights of stairs.
