10.0We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and they helped us with everything throughout our stay. The location is excellent it’s within walking distance of almost everywhere. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

3.0Somente localização. Super decepcionada com este hotel, que mais parecia um hostel com banheiro privativo. Fiquei no 3 andar, escadas incrimes e quase caracol. Degraus estreitos. Cortina do quarto cheia de furos, passava a claridade. Quartos com pessima acustica. Banheiro com box minúsculo, ao tomar banho, molhava todo o banheiro. Pesquisei na redondeza, e havia outros hotéis com melhor qualidade e preço semelhante ao Ciopapa. Nunca fiquei em hotel tão ruim, apesar da simpatia dos funcionários e localização. Jamais retornarei a este hotel, tampouco vou indicar.
