Nightmare
1.0− You get what you pay for. Staying for just one night I thought how bad can it be? Well I was proven wrong. Although I had requested a ground or first floor room because of my injured leg I was given a basement room although there was a lift I used. I requested to be moved to another room and pay the difference but was told they were full. The room was simply a nightmare. Old dirty carpet, tiny room, a window overlooking the boiler room a tiny bathroom I couldn’t even wash up properly because the sink was fitted in an awkward spot. And the noise. Was almost unbearable. I could listen to the boiler all night and very early in the morning due to the fact that the breakfast room was situated next to mine, people whom obviously were preparing breakfast and the cleaning ladies were making noise since 6am. Definitely not going back to that hotel nor I can recommend it to anyone.
I arrived late evening on Saturday - it had been a busy day visiting Westminster Abbey .& Greenwich!
5.0I felt safe & liked where it was situated once I found how to get there. I was able to leave my case on my leaving day which was very helpful
− There was no facility to make a cup of tea in the room. No bottle of water! I asked for another pillow but told to ask in the morning after breakfast! Appreciate it was very hot but there was no duvet on the bed - there was what I thought was a sheet! The second night there was a duvet in the cover.
