10.0Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία 3 λεπτά από τη πλατεία Taksim. Ζεστό και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Ακριβώς δίπλα υπήρχε φαρμακειο και mini market. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει.
− Θα ήθελα περισσότερες υποδοχές για τις πετσέτες του μπάνιου (υπήρχαν μόνο 2).

10.0The staff were very friendly and attentive. I stayed in a quiet and warm room at the back of the hotel. The Bursa tour, organized by the hotel staff at a discounted price, went smoothly and was very enjoyable. They completed the service with a farewell and a punctual airport return taxi transfer. I will stay here again.
