10.0The hotel staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Ms. Rabia presented us with many options for sightseeing in Istanbul and suggested good deals. Everything went great. Mr. Selman organized activities in Cappadocia for us. We felt great in their company throughout our stay and were satisfied with the services. The breakfast was very tasty. We were especially pleased that the hotel has a garage where our motorbike was safe.
