2.0I stayed in this property while I was in miami for MMW this property was not as described, and wasn’t in any type of condition to be stayed at. There was no hot water in the shower, the toilet did not flash and the towels and sheets were dirty to an extent that I had to sleep on the sofa, the area I was at wasn’t good for signal I was hoping to connect to the wifi but even that didn’t work. Throughout my stay I was hoping my host would take care of these issues you know it’s obvious to fix at least the most basic thing (the toilet) but no issues were fixed nor taken care of as promised. After my stay I tried to reach out the host to get a refund which also was promised but never got a reply back, then I contacted the host again after few weeks and came to find out that he doesn’t work there anymore and as he tried to contact to owner nobody replied not back and as he said- they never answer the phone. Then I tried to reach out to Expedia with same exact reply nobody is answering the phone or replying back to emails. Something is clearly fishy about this property. It’s been 3 months with on going chase trying to get my money back. Beware.
