10.0It was a lovely short stay. The room was elegant, spacious, well maintained and featured a balcony with beautiful views of Santa Maria Formosa Church and the canal where gondolas glided by. The rooms are on the 3rd floor and only accessible by stairs. It was not an issue for me, but something that othe guests may want to consider.

10.0Totul a fost perfect! Ne-au pregătit o surpriză cu ocazia celor 20 de ani de căsătorie,am reușit să ne cazam mai devreme,ne-au adus croasante,cafea și suc in camera cu toate că nu era prevăzut micul dejun! Totul la superlativ! Felicitări!

10.0It is much bigger than I expected. The view is amazing, facing the Formosa square and with canal down below. Most important, the room is with air condition, which is super important for summer time.
− There is no lift but already knew it while booking. For those with big luggage, need to consider it. But the view and room is worthy all the way up.
