Es war sehr schmutzig. Es gab keine Kleinigkeiten wie Löffel oder Töpfe, aber leider waren die Fenster sehr schmutzig und wir konnten es nicht genießen. Eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war nur über WhatsApp möglich.

The sewer line smell was all over specially kitchen and corridors. Whatever you need was not available as part of their homemade rules. It’s hard to believe you are in a hotel

As someone who frequently travels for both work and leisure, I believe it's crucial to provide honest feedback to ensure the best experience for future guests. Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property fell short of expectations on multiple fronts. First and foremost, the WiFi connectivity at the hotel was virtually nonexistent. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the staff and requesting assistance, the lack of WIFI was a major issue. This made it incredibly challenging to stay connected for work purposes and disrupted my ability to enjoy leisure activities and staying in touch with loved ones. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the hotel did not provide basic amenities such as clothes washing powder, dishwashing pods, and properly stocked soap dispensers. It's disappointing to encounter such lapses in service, especially considering that these amenities are typically standard in most accommodations. To exacerbate matters, when I contacted the staff to address these issues, instead of offering a solution, they insisted that I fill out a lengthy form and scan all passport details. However, given the lack of WiFi, it was nearly impossible for me to complete this task. It's incredibly frustrating to encounter such unhelpful and inflexible policies, especially when dealing with already challenging circumstances. Bu kadar güzel bir konağın temizliği olsun Konforu olsun bizi hayal kırıklığına uğratması bizleri çok üzdü. Banyoda zaman zaman su yoktu. Olunca da basınç yetmiyor Konuö ve manzara hoş Güvelik üst düzey, lakin içinde yaşamak huzur verici değil.
