Great stay near Ueno station
9.0Comfortable room and beds. Friendly staff. Everything worked well, and when we left a few items in the hotel, they were very quick to reply that they would hold them for us. We really liked staying there and look forward to staying again!
− Our room wasn't ready when we arrived. The staff sincerely apologized, but next time I recommend offering a complimentary drink or appetizer when guests have to wait.
