Good location, value for money is not great. £450 for 1 night and the view promised was not maintained.
8.0The decor and staff were nice. The location was ok and easy enough to get round the city.
− The bar didnt open until 3pm which was abit annoying. The room we booked and paid alot of money for to get the full depth window view of the city wasnt fulfilled. We got put into the higher level rooms and it had a concrete wall around half the depth of the window. So we could only see top half of buildings which i was not happy about.

Clean, well-located hotel with great staff, but slightly overpriced
8.0We had a very nice stay overall. The hotel was very clean, and although the room was small, it was well designed, with plenty of space under the bed to store luggage and clothes. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and whenever we needed extra towels or anything else, they helped us immediately. The location is also very good. It is close to the metro, Chinatown, many bars and restaurants, and it is right on the edge of SoHo, which is great for shopping, cafés and walking around the city.
− The only downside was that the price per night felt a bit high for what you get, especially considering the room size. But overall, it was a clean, comfortable and well-located hotel with excellent staff.
