8.0Overall, place is good. We needed a place and Dunlin turn out better than other places with some drawbacks. We got a crib for baby that was great. Comfortable king size bed. 3 complains. Bathroom is amazing however it is messy to shower as it doesnt fully close. We were below the 8th floor were Bar is so it was noisy at night and morning. As mention in some reviews, it is kinda hidden from sight or main road so area is sketchy. I like to call it the diamond in the rough.
