10.0Great service and communication. Was very accommodating even after, through fault of their own, they was a system mishap with Expedia, where a booking change was made and not registered in their system. However staff and FL Hotel made it so we didn't have to do any work on our part.

10.0部屋、バスルームは狭い。 これはコストパフォーマンスを考えれば問題無い、とても良い事だ。 駅から離れているが、上野、浅草共に徒歩圏内で散歩に良い。
少し遠かったかな
8.0トイレ、および浴室が大変狭かった。あとは、駅から少し遠いこと。それ以外は何一つ不便がなかった。チェックアウトの説明もしてほしかった。

10.0Extremely friendly staff and very quiet and clean. Great for couples or solo travelers. You are right next to major station and walking distance from so many great areas in Tokyo! Will stay here again!
