10.0My stay exceeded all expectations! The staff were exceptionally friendly, always smiling and eager to help despite the language barrier. They went out of their way to meet every need. The rooms were spotless with stunning sea views, especially from the terrace. The ferry is just steps away, with the bus and metro also very close. My home away from home in Istanbul!

Nichts desto trotz das Hotel ist auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen. Wir waren und sind froh dort gewesen zu sein 👍
9.0Die Lage ist super, quasi direkt an der Prominade, Metro, Marmaray und die Fähre zu den andern Stadtteilen liegen einem vor den Füßen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist richtig sauber gewesen. Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich für jeden Geschmack was dabei gewesen.
− Im Zimmer hat man leider die Klimaanlagen welche im Hinterhof verbaut waren doch recht störend wargenommen. Das leichte Brummen der Ventilatoren war für mich störend.

10.0The hotel was clean, room well cleaned, great bathroom, soft and clean bed. The breakfast cafe overlooking the Bosphorus was delightful, hearty breakfasts and great transportation accessibility
