8.0The spa was excellent, however the three stars on the property is mainly because of its thin walls, where you can hear customers in other rooms and boy were some of them loud chatter boxes, other than that, it is a fabulous hotel but need to soundproof the rooms.

6.0The staff was very nice and friendly, but the cleaning staff was rude and had an attitude. They absolutely did not clean, apart from making the bed and changing the towels. We even got scolded because a bit of pepsi had been spilled on the bed by mistake. Also, the hotel’s air conditioning only runs on one system: if you feel hot and it’s been 23 degrees, you are not allowed to turn on the cold air – only warm air comes out. Because the whole hotel runs on the same air conditioning settings.

10.0„Ein Aufenthalt, der von A bis Z überzeugt hat! Das Personal war herzlich, aufmerksam und hat jederzeit das Gefühl vermittelt, willkommen zu sein. Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel war makellos – vom Zimmer bis zu den Gemeinschaftsbereichen. Hier stimmt einfach jedes Detail. Sehr empfehlenswert
