Unbelievable…
2.0Had to cancel the reservation, and request a refund. Due to the fact that I could not even get into the residence. The door did not work, and I was told maintenance would be at least an hour to come let me in. I stood in the rain getting eaten by mosquitoes, while trying all the methods they kept asking me to do to get into the place. Absolutely ridiculous, and I really hope I get my refund. Avoid this at all costs.
