9.0Location was brilliant. Room was massive and clean. With all the amenities! The sls staff at the reception were simply amazing and personable. I also had an online concierge called David who was always available and made sure my requests were handled. David made the stay exceed expectations.

10.0The hotel and rooms are excellent. Having an on site washer and dryer with our two kids was very convenient. The staff are all excellent. Our host David was very professional and promptly responded to and facilitated our requests. The one drawback of the suite is that it does not have daily housekeeping like the rest of the hotel. David however scheduled a “refresh” for us when we asked. We would definitely stay again.

10.0We had such a memorable stay at SLS LUX Brickell! The location was unbeatable. Right in the heart of Brickell, walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. The suite was modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the luxury touches we were hoping for. The rooftop pool and cabanas gave us full Miami vibes, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Perfect for a girls’ trip, couples getaway, or anyone wanting a stylish home base in the city. Would absolutely stay here again! 10/10!!!
