9.0The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff responded very quickly to all of our messages and were incredibly helpful with any questions or requests. The location was excellent. I was able to walk to almost all of the main attractions. There is also a great café right below the apartment, which was a lovely bonus.
− The door code didn't work in my case, so I had to use a physical key instead. It took a little extra effort at the beginning while I figured everything out. However, the staff responded very quickly and resolved the situation promptly, so it wasn't a major issue.

10.0El apartamento está muy cerca de la estación de Atocha. Fuimos andando hasta el Museo del Prado, Museo Naval, el Jardín Botánico....El desayuno fenomenal,en una cafetería en los bajos del edificio. Muy cómodo. El código de la puerta de entrada se nos averió el segundo día, pero nos lo resolvieron enseguida,una camarera de piso nos facilitó una llave rápidamente.

− Gros problème électronique pour accéder à la chambre .. système électronique pas très fiable , intervention humaine compliquée .
