Location is really nice. All you might need is about 5 min walk. 3 stations, bus stations, groceries, cafes. The flat itself quite cozy, clean with a great wifi. I was staying only for 2 nights so if you are looking for short-staying is defo recommended.

− My flat was on the 5th floor with mansard roof during the terrible heatwave in London. I've arrived in the midnight so after the whole day with +32 and closed windows the flat was terribly hot to sleep even with a fan. I know that most of UKs flats doesn't have a/c but that's my experience and it was really hard to handle days after nights like that.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicacion, el apartamento esta ubicado en una zona muy centrica, cerca de todos los servicios, supermercados, tiendas de ropa, estacion de metro, buen acceso a bus. De las instalaciones de la vivienda, lo que más nos gustó fue la confortabilidad de las camas y todos los servicios que dispone el apartamento: lavadora, microondas... La vivienda muy limpia y ropa de cama, toallas,.. todo muy bien.. Como fue una estancia de siete dias, nos limpiaron un dia el apartamento. Detalles del apartamento: nos dejaron papel higienico, envuelto en papel decorado, dos unidades en cada baño y un platito en la cocina con sobres de infusiones, cafe, azucar...

− Que el edificio no tiene ascensor. El día de llegada nos hicimos un poco lío para abrir la puerta con el código, porque estamos intentando abrir un apartamento que no era. Las instrucciones fueron por wsaph y agobia un poco no tener a alguien de forma presencial. Cuando entramos en el apartamento el día de llegada estaba la calefaccion encendida y no había forma de apagarla, finalmente lo conseguimos investigando. El primer día estuvo encendida sin necesidad. El menaje de la cocina : vasos, ensaladera, muy fragiles Nos pareció excesivo los precios por hora si se quiere adelantar la hora de entrada o retrasar la hora de la salida, creo que podría ser mas flexible los horarios y/o proporcionar guardamaletas sin coste.

Horrible experience with Viridian - cancelled last minute - with no options

− The previous tenants refused to move out earlier. Viridian initially tried to cancel my reservation a few hours before we were supposed to check in. They did not offer any alternative accommodation. Then they said the unit would be ready and when we reached it, the place was filthy. We had to find accommodation on our own after we got to hr unit late in the evening. It was a mad scramble and I had to find hotels at a premium last minute late night on my own. Getting in touch with Viridian was impossible. They were not responsive to chat via Booking. Their phone number on their website was unanswered. No way to reach them. They respond to chat the next day even for something urgent. What a mess!

Liked how close and accessible it was to SOHO. Safe area.

− The kitchen was very poorly equipped. Also very limited plugs. Could not even plug the stand up fan in the second bathroom and had to be plugged in the hallway with it pointing towards that bedroom. Also could not use the water cooler to cool that room because of the same. Tried reaching helped us to see if they could help us unlock the lockbox with no call back.

Comfortable all-in place is a great location

Liked the cleanliness and use of keypads instead of keys. Also enjoyed the fact that everything we needed was there.

− Shame about the lack of double-glazed windows as this is a noisy area. Also someone showed up at the end of our stay to look at some work to be done. This could have waited for after we left.
