10.0The hotel was very clean and convenient to Tokyo Station, restaurants and shops. the staff was EXCELLENT and helped a lot with our questions about booking train travel, finding places, etc. Having the ability to store your luggage securely at the hotel before check in and after check out is a big bonus as well. While we found it a bit pricey, it was ultimately a great choice for our family of 4 for a single night backnin Tokyo on our way out of the country after a longer stay.
− A bit pricey. Also, the room we chose, with 4 beds, was comfortable for one night but would have been too small for a group this size for a more extended stay.
