3.0أعجبني عرض صور الشقة المعروضة في موقع البكنق وللأسف كانت خدعة وتم تسليمي شقة لم أرى صورها في العرض ولا في الصور اللي أرسلها البكنق وهذا غش من قبل موظفي الفندق وقد أخبرني بها أحد الموظفين وأتحفظ على اسمه .
− الشقة التي تم إلزامي بشقة متواضعة جدا ولا تسوى 150 ريال وليست هي التي اخترتها وهذا خداع صنعوه وطعمة سنارة سمك.

10.0We had a wonderful one-week stay in a spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom sea-view apartment. The view was absolutely stunning and was the highlight of our stay. The location is excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the apartment was bright with plenty of natural sunlight, and we really enjoyed the two balconies. The reception staff were very friendly and kindly helped us with our luggage during both check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
− Although the apartment has two beautiful balconies, there is limited privacy because they are separated from the neighboring apartments by glass partitions. The apartment is on the fifth floor, but the elevator only goes up to the fourth floor, so guests need to use the stairs to reach it. This may not be suitable for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. The bathrooms could use some minor maintenance, and a few areas in the apartment had peeling paint/plaster that should be repaired.

− اكثر ماازعجني هو انتظار السائق في الخارج لتعذر السائق ان الطريق ضيق ولا يستطيع الوقوف 😕
