2.0Ich habe schon lange kein so schmutziges Hotel gesehen. Der Boden war voller Haare und Dreck, die Bettwäsche war schmutzig. Das Klo war dreckig und es fehlten Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Außerdem sollte man nicht im Voraus bezahlen, da man sonst kein Geld zurückbekommt.

6.0The reception desk most helpful and responsive, the room was large and mostly clean but there were dust bunnies behind the refrigerator. The bed was comfortable but somehow the bed linens did not feel fresh; why were they so fuzzy? Overall these were all tolerable, but the food order (so called room service) was not prepared at the hotel and was simply disgusting, a disgrace to Turkish cuisine: worst lentil soup ever, industrialized packaged terrible stuffed leaves. Salad was good. The hotel should immediately stop working with this delivery company. My one night in Istanbul, working and I could not have delicious Turkish food. I have lots of layovers, stop overs in Istanbul, because of this food delivery nonsense, I will not choose to stay at this hotel. Otherwise I would, as it is conviniently located for me.
