7.0Room was very clean. Beds super comfy. Shower powerful and a hairdryer too. Can't fault the actual pension. It was lovely and staff too
− The area was extremely intimidating and felt unsafe. i was travelling just myself and my daughter of 16 years, and we had planned on doing a night tour. But in arriving at the pension, we both agreed that we didn't want to be returning to the pension at 10pm from a Tour as the area was full of groups of men everywhere, no women. They were out until very late and gathered around the entrance to the pension. We went out at 5pm to get some food and started to walk to a restaurant we had read about but felt so intimidated and uneasy walking down ,what was quite dirty side streets with few people and those who were around were men who just appeared to be hanging around, we didn't even make it to where we wanted to go. Settling for a pizza place on the corner of a main street instead. It is a shame as we only had one evening and half a day in Barcelona, and due to the location and feeling unsafe, we missed out on doing the night tour we had arranged. We will be leaving Barcelona today, having not seen very much at all..
