10.0Konakladığımız otel ve odamız temizdi. Ayrıca ihtiyaçları dışarıdan karşılamak için yatmak için sadece kullanılabilir bir otel temizliği çarşaf temizliği iyiydi tek kötü tarafı odaların lambaları çok kötü aynalar da aynı şekilde kendimi görmekte çok zorluk çektim
Très bon séjour en Famille
10.0L’accueil et la réception c’est bien passé nous avons juste dûs, bien leur montrer la réservation pour leur prouver le nombre de chambre réservé et réglé. Par la suite nous avons put profitez des suites familiales propres et soignées. Très bien équipé pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge. Pour le nettoyage quotidien et changement des drap se rapprocher de la réception. Seul bémol! Les joint de douche un peu noir. Les réceptionnistes sont très pro et aidant. Le petit déjeuné Turque est varié servie comme un buffet continental. Le personnel du petit déjeuné était adorable un GRAND MERCI à AÏTEN, MERDAN et leur collègue d’Afrique vraiment ils ont rajoutés une touche affectueuse à notre séjour. Bien situé dans un quartier pas trop cher! Très très très bon rapport qualité prix

2.0I never write reviews, this made me do it. If I can give 0star I would, we arrived from Canada 12 hours flight, and we wasn’t able to sleep all night. We heard a man beating up his girlfriend she was crying telling him to stop and costumer services did do anything, we called them 2 times because we couldn’t sleep. I was scared and terrified my heart was jumping, you hear other voices, you can even hear people peeing from up stairs and flushing the toilet that’s how noisy it is, I wasn’t able to sleep all night, we had to find another place and they didn’t refund our money. Please save your money and stress don’t use this hotel.

10.0Apart dairelerde kaldık. Çok güzel sakin ve temizdi. Personel ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı çok güzel ve boldu. Park Çağlayan Otel işletmesine çok teşekkür ederim
