9.0Central location and everything is pretty much walkable. The facilities were good and the staff were accommodating.

3.0− Elevator was broken and had to lug up 5 suitcases to the 4th floor. Location was scary. Had to go all the way to the check in which wasn’t at the location of our room. Our door key was a code that anyone could have and felt very unsafe.
