Good location Relatively more flexible check-in and check-out times

− This was the 2nd most expensive stay in my Italy trip but my least recommended. Only its location is acceptable—no other pros at all. I can not find “luxury ” in anywhere Key issues • No free bread or kitchen • No basic amenities: shampoo, shower caps, tissues, slippers • Plain, shabby room furniture • Mattress was way too soft for me. Even the slightest movement made the entire bed creak and shake, constantly disturbing my roommate. • Hair dryer needs holding the button nonstop (hard for women to dry hair)

Very good location from restaurants and Vatican. Metro 15mins walk away to reach other places.

− I spent four nights at this property, and unfortunately, I experienced some issues. There was a neighbor who spoke loudly on his phone every night, often around 11 PM till very late which made it difficult for me to sleep—quite frustrating. Additionally, we had a late flight, but we weren't allowed to leave our luggage there until 8 PM, which was inconvenient. Overall, these factors impacted my stay.

− El acondicionador de aire casi no enfriaba, le dijimos a la persona de mantenimiento y nos informo que el compresor es compartido con otra habitación por lo que talvez era la causo del mal funcionamiento. Ademas nos informo que hablaría con su jefe para dejarle saber la molestia que causaba eso. De lo demás tiene una buena ubicación y bastante céntrico del Vaticano.

− È una stanza in un complesso residenziale di vari appartamenti, comodo l’ascensore trovandosi al 4’ piano ma omesso il fatto che la sala sia in comune con gli altri ospiti. Stanza che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata (muri segnati, tende sporche). La nota dolente è la doccia, le foto non rispecchiano ciò che abbiamo trovato. Doccia con tenda terribile, talmente corta da far uscire l’acqua mentre ci si lava e molto poco igienica. La pulizia delle camere avrebbe bisogno di migliorare. La parola “Luxury” non è appropriata!

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt neben dem Vatikan und unweit vom Fluss entfernt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

− Man muss beachten, dass es kein klassisches Hotel ist wie man es kennt, sondern ein Wohnhaus mit mehreren Zimmern. Es gibt keine Lobby oder Empfangsbereich. Auch habe ich lange Zeit nicht gewusst wie ich ins Hotel hineinkommen soll, da es von außen nicht angeschrieben war. Aber es hat dann eh alles sehr gut funktioniert, wenn man weiß wie ;)
