Lo único positivo es que está muy cerca de la calle Istiklal.

− Nos asignó el propietario un apartamento, que según él, era de mejor calidad y no se correspondía en absoluto con el de la foto. El cuarto de baño era muy pequeño, el lavabo diminuto nada que ver con las fotos, el dormitorio y la cama también eran muy pequeños sin espacio para poder salir de uno de los lados y teniendo que pasar por encima de la otra persona. Pero lo peor sin duda fue que cuando llegamos a las 2:00 am y con una temperatura exterior de 0°, quisimos poner la calefacción y no funcionaba, pasamos muchísimo frío. Llamé al propietario pero no cogió el teléfono ni respondió a los mensajes a esas horas. Además del frío en el apartamento también se unía el hecho de que la puerta del dormitorio no cerraba, una de las sillas del salón estaba rota, había 2 y éramos 3, muchos de los utensilios de cocina eran para 2 personas. A la mañana siguiente vino el encargado que previamente había mandado unos mensajes poco agradables diciendo que no nos quejáramos que por lo menos nos había dejado quedarnos con el perro, en la descripción ponía mascotas permitidas previo aviso, cosa que hice al momento de reservar, avisarle de que veníamos con una perra de 5 kg. Finalmente y por la incomodidad de cambiarnos, aceptamos permanecer en el apartamento si se arreglaban los problemas de la calefacción, la puerta y las sillas que finalmente se pudieron solucionar. Por otro lado indicar que la calle en la que se ubica el apartamento es terrorífica, llena de suciedad y edificios abandonados, no recomendable para una persona que viaje sola, ni siquiera abrimos el balcón, totalmente tercermundista. Lo único salvable es la cercanía a la calle Istiklal, nuestra impresión al llegar a las 2:00 en taxi fue horrible, de hecho el taxista nos dejó en la dirección inicial indicada que era igualmente siniestra, y que fue muy amable en esperarnos y llevarnos a la nueva dirección que el propietario mandó un día antes, yo hice la reserva del taxi con anterioridad.

Good shower, Great Staff.

− Location, roaches, uncomfortable furniture, inadequately equipped kitchen. Strange light switch locations (back of the room, not near the door). Black mould in the living room and bathroom. No oven. When you click the pet-friendly box, this is the number one location. I travel with a service dog, and that is why I chose it. It was a battle. Turns out this place is not pet or service dog friendly. Instead of sending simple instructions, they sent a video which could not be viewed, so it took me an hour to get onto the property. Bad neighorhood, crazy neighbors.

The flat was spacious, it was warm as we visited during the winter, very comfy bed ( really important for me). They provide a new iron and tea spoons as there wasn't enough. Good value for money. It is a good place for stay for few days.

− It wasn't well equipped. We booked this flat for 11 nights and we came by plane, so we could bring lots of stuff. I travel a lot and I was,expected that there will be some basics, such as washing up liquid, hand wash, shower gel, toilet paper ( I had to ask for it as in the nearest shop they sell huge packs), some cleaning materials so I can clean toilet or sink, cleaning clothes and sponges. The tea towels so we can dry clean dishes. Also, as we spent Christmas there I asked for a christmas tree, and the owner wanted an additional fee ( I never experienced anything like that). Also, there were not enough plates, cups, and cutlery for 3 people. Cups and dishes were very dirty. Inside the cupboard dirt everywhere. We booked flat with the rug but there was no rug at all. They offered a transfer, but the price was doubled compared to booking.com. Not good place for longer stay.

Location was good - quite central, 10-15 mins walk from Istiklal street. The property has great potential, and probably was very good at the start of business.

− The communication with the host was not the very best one. There were no clear instructions provided beforehand. I was offered a room that was different from what I booked. That was eventually settled, but it left a very unpleasant feeling. The room needs proper cleaning, replacement of kitchenware, and enough toilet paper and soap for guests that stay for more than a couple of days.
