The staff was great. They even let me check in early, as I was very tired. And they stored my luggage on departure day. They will make sure that every guest is well taken care off. Breakfast was good. The rooms are decent for a boat hotel. Bed was normal length (not always the case on hotel boats) Every room had electrical sockets (again not always the case) It is not luxury, but of all the hotel boats in Amsterdam, and yes I have stayed on most, this was my favorite. TIP: the switch for the light in the shower is on the ceiling outside the bathroom..

− The location is a little boring. Oosterdok is a bit more charming. It is closer to the city and with the nice view of the church over the water, so I was a little disappointed that it had moved to the cruise liner area, BUT it is also very quiet there. I didn't hear a thing all night. I slept really well.

Botel très sympathique. Ambiance agréable. Certains amarrage très bien. Petit dejaunerva volonté. Croisière pour Zaandam gratuite si vous êtes sur le bon jour.

− Petite surface dans les cabines, ça fait partie de l'expérience. Explications sur les horaires des "sailings" un peu au dernier moment et variables. Prévoyez dans votre séjour une excursions aux moulins de Zaanse ou cela peut être compliqué. Aucune insonorisation. Même un rire peut s'entendre au bout du couloir (mais il est demandé aux clients d'être "quiet de 23h00 à 7h00".
