Fantastic Location, but the Flat Needs Some Love

Fantastic location. It’s within walking distance of most of the major attractions in the Fatih district, including Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet, the lively Eminönü neighbourhood, and the ferry port for trips along the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn. The host seems friendly and helpful. There’s also a clothes drying rack on the rooftop, which is a real bonus in warm weather as laundry dries very quickly. The price is excellent too.

− To be fair, the flat is quite run-down. The broken mirror and worn soft furnishings make a poor first impression. My initial reaction was to book somewhere else, especially as I was first given the wrong room (although this was resolved within 30 minutes). However, as the days passed, I got used to the place. If the host repaired the mirror and invested a little in refreshing the furnishings to make the apartment feel more welcoming, I would definitely stay here again.

Чистая постель и wifi ну это не преимущество а норма

− Заселили не туда ну как бы ожидаемо цена минимальная. В комнате запах отвратительный, в холодильнике кто-то умер и замерз уже много лет назад. На мине кухне ничего руками лучше не трогать всë грязное и липкое. Торчащие провода ну и тараканы. Лично трëх убил но думаю не последние. Понятно что цена маленькая ну не дорогой же степени. Хозяин жилья уверил что оно лучше за бронированного и просил поставить максимальную оценку.

كانت تجربتي مع الفندق جيدة جدًا بشكل عام. تأخرت رحلتي ووصلت إلى إسطنبول بعد منتصف الليل بسبب تأخر الطائرة. وبسبب عدم توفر الإنترنت لدي أثناء السفر، لم أتمكن من الرد على اتصالات صاحب الفندق، فاعتقد أنني لن أصل وألغى الحجز على Booking. لكن بمجرد وصولي تواصلت معه، وكان متعاونًا جدًا، حيث سلمني مفتاح الغرفة وسمح لي بتسجيل الدخول حوالي الساعة الواحدة بعد منتصف الليل دون أي مشكلة. وعند المغادرة، كانت رحلتي الساعة 10 مساءً، وقد سمح لنا بالبقاء في الفندق حتى الساعة 5 مساءً دون أي رسوم إضافية، وهو موقف أقدّره كثيرًا. أنصح أي شخص يتوقع تأخر رحلته أو وصوله في وقت متأخر أن يتواصل مع صاحب الفندق مسبقًا ويبلغه بذلك حتى لا يتم إلغاء الحجز. بشكل عام، كانت تجربتي إيجابية، وأشكر صاحب الفندق على تعاونه ومرونته.

− الغرفة كانت صغيرة جدًا، لكنها نظيفة وتفي بالغرض، خاصة لمن يبحث عن مكان مريح للنوم وقضاء معظم الوقت خارج الفندق.

Superbe appartement avec une grande terrasse au calme, un grand lit double, salle de bain et cuisine. Le réceptionniste est très gentil et prend plaisir à vous aider pour visiter Istanbul. On a adoré cet établissement très bien placé pour visiter la rive européenne

В шаговой доступности достопримечательности, относительно недалеко общественный транспорт, в номере чисто,, всё работает. Очень много доступных по цене ресторанчиков рядом.

− Скорее относится к району проживания. Очень шумно, до 3 ночи шум с улицы постоянный. В районе проживания очень грязно, видимо сказывается близость гранд базара. Жили на первом этаже, окно выходило на какую-то заброшенную крышу. И всё- таки мало места в комнате, жили вдвоём, не было стульев посидеть и столик очень маленький, скорее тумба.

Fraudster host !! Makes fake reviews with other people.

Nothing. The host is a fraud.

− The host once got the booking money. Did not allow our group to check in and had to pay the whole money without even being able to check in. When tried contacting the host he blocked our contact number. Later I tried contacting other customers who had the same experience and they all shared the same experience as us. When I tried contacting booking.com for help. Even booking.com flipped hands and mention it's all in host mercy. The shady part is, the host once has the booking wont allow us to cancel Booking and they waited till the whole money was withdrawn. Luckily i had a friend in turkey who helped our group to find another beautiful accommodation. People say the room is filled with ants and not at all clean. The host overcharges for lame reasons. Totally not recommended for anyone.
