− No sound proof window. All street noise was in the room all of the pub signing… Room had this box in the wall (assuming it was a heater or pump) running with high noise - not able to sleep as it was super annoying…

1.0The staff were pleasant enough when telling me the air conditioning was not working in 32 degree heat.
− No air con and not received money back for the room that i was promised.
Heerlijk als je midden in SoHo wilt verblijven.
10.0Ik had ontbijt geboekt maar dat blijkt bij aankomst een vorm van 'all in' te zijn. Daardoor kon ik onbeperkt drinken halen en in de middag kon ik een wijntje drinken waar een kaasplankje bij geserveerd. Ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar verzorgd.
− De lift deed het niet (wat goed voor mijn conditie was).
