− No air con. I felt like I was really disturbing the staff when checking in, despite there being no one else in there. It says staff are in the pub to help any time, but they weren't there at 9 am when I needed assistance. I phoned to check out and had no response for 3 calls.

10.0Really friendly staff, appreciate accommodating our requests for room! Had everything we needed, comfortable room, clean bathroom, some snacks and tea and coffee in the bedroom too, and a fan (we were there in the heatwave)
