10.0This out second stay at the Kings Arms. Great location within 5 mins walk of Oxford Street and Oxford Circus Tube station. Boutique style pub/hotel with rooms based on a theme which we like. Staff are very friendly and very helpful, willing to provide information/help and advice as necessary. Comfortable rooms with a good choice of breakfast cooked to your personal liking. We will be visiting again

− Too much light, wifi didn’t work, no elevator, room very small. Sink was broken. They charged me for 2 people and I was only one
