10.0Location was a bonus. Smack in paddington. Easy access for buses, tubes, heathrow elizabeth line. Room was cute, enough to rest, sleep. Its quiet too. Value for money.

8.0Hotel was clean and in a fantastic safe location. Having read the reviews I would agree the bathroom is very small and would not suit a large person for ease of use. But I stayed there with my 2 teenage daughters, we felt safe, comfy and staff were friendly and helpful. We agreed we would stay here again
− Everything was perfect for us and a great spot for London in general, we stayed to attend a concert at Wembley. Being picky the bathroom was very small, but far better than having to share.
