Staff were helpful. Room was big enough for two adults and a 10 year old. Great position for exploring the city.
8.0Great location near Victoria station. Easy to get around the city. We were able to leave our baggage at the hotel before check in, although this was at a cost of £5/bag. There was a fan in the room which was great during the hot weather. Great shower.
− We were disappointed that breakfast wasn’t available as it was one of our reasons for booking that hotel. We were told before arrival that there were refurbishments going on. We were given the opportunity to cancel our stay. But couldn’t find anything else in the price range. It wasn’t an issue, though as we found breakfast nearby.

This is a 1-star hotel at best with no amenities.
3.0No breakfast. Room at top of rickety staircase. No air conditioning in heatwave was hard, but the window was could only be opened an inch. The room was like and oven. There was a fan provided which was helpful.
